DISCLAIMER FOR ONLINE PROGRAM

I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my capability to participate in good health in TranscenDance Live Virtual (the "Program"). I knowingly and voluntarily irrevocably, unconditionally and forever assume liability for, release, waive, defend, hold harmless, indemnify and covenant not to sue LifeSOULutions That Work, LLC, Brave Thinking Institute and their respective owners, directors, managers, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, successors and assigns (the "Released Parties") from and against any and all liabilities, claims, actions, injuries, damages, losses and/or expenses, including attorneys' fees and expenses and costs, resulting from participation in the Program. The Released Parties shall not have any liability for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, compensatory or other damages, claims, liabilities or losses that may be sustained by the use of the advice in the Program and any such liability is hereby expressly disclaimed.

While the advice of the Program is based on years of research and has helped many of our clients, there is no guarantee that any action undertaken based on the Program will be successful. Nothing associated with the Program shall constitute any kind of representation, warranty, promise or guaranty of certain outcomes or successes. Any forward-looking statements associated with the Program are simply statements of possibilities, not representations, warranties, promises or guaranties.

Audio/Visual Release. By participating in the Services, Client understands that portions of the Services may be recorded or captured in videos, photographs, audio recordings and/or other media (the “Recordings”). Client agrees that Consultant and its Related Parties own all right, title and interest in the Recordings and have the right and permission to use the Recordings even if they include Client’s name, likeness, voice, biographical details, testimonial, or photograph for marketing, advertising or any other purpose in any media or format, online and/or offline, now or hereafter without further notice or compensation to Client for the use of such Recordings. If Client does not want to be captured in any such Recordings, Client should make special arrangements with Consultant on such matters. While Consultant will make good faith efforts to honor such privacy requests, the Released Parties shall not have any liability in connection with the same.

The Program should not be deemed to offer any professional, personal, mental, psychological, medical, health or other professional advice. The Program does not replace or substitute for the services of trained professionals in any field, including, but not limited to, mental, psychological, medical, health or other professional fields.
